CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT:

  • 18 holes; net stroke play.
  • There is no qualifying as all entries are on a first-come, first-served basis.  
  • Entrants will be divided evenly into flights based on Handicap Index after entries close.
  • Playing Handicaps will be determined based on 95% of each player’s Course Handicap.
  • The SCGA Championship & Golf Operations Committee reserves the right to adjust a player’s course handicap at any time prior to or during the competition.

 

ELIGIBILITY: The net division is open to amateur men and women with an established Handicap Index who was listed on the club’s active GHIN roster at the time they won the championship as well as at the time of registration. All entrants must be a member of a club that is currently certified under World Handicap System requirements.

 

The net division is also available for those who won their club’s gross club championship but don’t meet the eligibility requirements to play in the other SCGA Tournament of Club Champions divisions.  

 

If your club champion(s) is not available to participate, we regret that no substitution(s) may be made (this includes runner-ups).

 

EACH SCGA MEMBER CLUB MAY SUBMIT UP TO FIVE (5) ENTRIES AS FOLLOWS:

  • One (1) club champion may be sent to each of the Men’s, Women's, and Senior Men's Championship Divisions
  • Two (2) club champions may be sent to the Net Division

 

ENTRIES OPEN: Wednesday, January 5, 2022

 

ENTRY DEADLINE:  Sunday, November 20, 2022

 

CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION & PAIRINGS: Complete tournament details, including information about practice rounds, pairings, starting times, and yardages played, will be emailed and posted on scga.org/nettocc after entries close.

 

ENTRY FEE: $155

 

LATE ENTRIES: The SCGA accepts late entries, assuming there is still space available at the given event. Late entries will be subject to an additional $20 fee and can only be processed over the phone or through email.  

 

REFUND POLICY: Requests for refunds prior to the entry closing date will be honored less a $20 administrative fee. Requests received after the entry closing date and 48 hours prior to the event will be honored less 50% of the entry fee. No refunds will be honored within 48 hours of the event.
